Our seasonal tasting menu is a reflection of our commitment to sustainability and authenticity, guided by the very produce grown and reared on the farms surrounding us with a harmonious blend of locally foraged ingredients.

OUR STORY

This is our head chef / founder Andy Tomlinson. Andy has over 20 years experience working in Michelin starred kitchens alongside some of the world's best chefs, such as Simon Rogan (L'Enclume), Mark Birchall (Moor Hall), Andrew Fairlie (Gleneagles) to name a few.
Andy has a big passion for using British seasonal produce from local farms and markets, as well as foraging his own ingredients for the menus and utilising every part of the product with minimal wastage.




Two and a half years ago, Andy moved back to Buckingham and joined the Manor Farm team. He started doing taster evening pop ups which received a very warm welcome from the local people.
Due to a high demand our pop ups have now turned into regular taster evenings that we offer monthly under Allium Dining.
