This is our head chef / founder Andy Tomlinson. Andy has over 20 years experience working in Michelin starred kitchens alongside some of the world's best chefs, such as Simon Rogan (L'Enclume), Mark Birchall (Moor Hall), Andrew Fairlie (Gleneagles) to name a few.

Andy has a big passion for using British seasonal produce from local farms and markets, as well as foraging his own ingredients for the menus and utilising every part of the product with minimal wastage.

Two and a half years ago, Andy moved back to Buckingham and joined the Manor Farm team. He started doing taster evening pop ups which received a very warm welcome from the local people.

Due to a high demand our pop ups have now turned into regular taster evenings that we offer monthly under Allium Dining.

we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Allium. We are so lucky to have Michelin-standard food so close to home.

I would wholeheartedly recommend booking Allium for a special evening, or just to experience something different.

Our own Chef Andy on

The Manor Farm was featured on the BBC Three Counties Radio ’Treasure Quest’ show.
The clue to find us was “A meat eaters delight is what you seek here” and “This place sounds like it’s home to a Lord”.
Danny, the roaming ’Treasure Quest’ presenter interviewed Andy who told everyone about our Farm, Butchery, Cafe, Cheese Room and Allium Dining taster menu evenings.
We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Pat Stewart who called the show, solved the clue, sent them in our direction and shared kind feedback about us.

We are incredibly grateful to have been invited to cook at the WYLD dining experience! The ethos of WYLD aligns seamlessly with ours, emphasising the use of local suppliers and seasonal produce, just as nature intended 🌿

WYLD is a conscious and experiential business with a philosophy aimed at re-establishing our lost connection with nature and the source of our food. WYLD dining experiences bring people back together, both with one another, and with the natural world which surrounds us.

WYLD founder Johnny (Muzz) has spent his life working alongside UK agriculture which has left him with a deep appreciation of the source of our food. WYLD believes that improving our food systems will be pivotal in helping to reverse the damage that our planet is currently suffering, creating a better outlook for our children, and future generations 🤍
